I love to swim too. I need water. I will be thrilled to feel better in a swim suit. I'm afraid of hanging skin though. I'm 5'2" and weigh 240 want to lose 120. Also 55 this month. -

When they do reduction surgery how soon is that after you sleeve surgery. Please explain to me how it helps. I mean I assume why a reduction but just wondering if that means removing skin. Like to understand the process more and when they decide to do it? -

Wow what a lot of helpful comments. I haven't had surgery yet they think late December or early January. Anyone have advise on any good tasting protein shakes or do you all recommend adding powders even during my two week pre-surgery and post surgery liquid diet time? Also any advise on best preparing myself for this surgery. I'm doing the sleeve. -

Stay strong. So you can remind me of that too when it's my turn. Your outcome will be so worth it. My drs think mine is gonna be early January. I did all my requested items in one week. They thought it would take at least three. So I'm hopeful it may speed up my date. Where do you live?
