Everything will seem kind of out of whack when you are dehydrated or bordering on it. Try your best to make sure you get in all of your Water and Protein. Once I was able to get mine up, I felt much better and had more energy.

Funny you mention that....
On another bariatric site I kind of stalk, but don't really interact in, they have a "What are you wearing today?" Thread that's been going on for over a year because several members will post pictures daily what they are wearing, size, where they bought it from, etc....we may have to start something like that!

I am so sorry to hear this happening to you. Take a step back and take some time for yourself. Refocus on you and your weight loss. It's what is important right now. I had to learn through this process that this time is for me. To focus my priority on my health and losing weight. You owe it to yourself. Get reorganized and back on track. It is definitely going to be his loss! I wish you the best!

Yep, 38 days straight of the same weight! I was so down in the dumps and thought that was all I was going to lose. Keep up the good work and the scale will move!

Women are haters! You just look fabulous and she is jealous. Did she ever comment how "skinny" you looked without seven pounds????? I will guess......NO! Don't let her get you down. There are many people in this world that can't stand themselves and they need to say mean things to others to feel better. I think she fits into this class of people!

I'm not a teacher but one thing I have noticed is that most people don't even pay attention to how little I eat. They see that I eat "weird" things or eat really slow. Most of the time, people are talking or looking at their phones and don't pay much attention to others around them. I think we all focus on it because it's what we always think about!

My surgeon never set a goal weight for me. I used the basic BMI calculator to determine what weight would put me at a normal BMI.

Is that all you have in a day?? If so, then you may be starving yourself. You need to have enough calories so your body doesn't think it is starving. Be sure to drink plenty of Water also.

They have all kinds of special pitchers and bottles, but I just cut up the fruit and put it in a regular pitcher and filled it with water. You can use different fruit and herbs.

Yes, the app tells you when to run /walk. There's no way I'd have pushed myself on my own to run a little more, I'd have always opted for the walking.

LOL! Yep, that about sums it up! When 10:00 rolls around, drink a bottle of Water and GO TO BED! The longer you stay up, the more temptation will sneak up on you.
