I'm waiting to get to 300, started at 530, down to 499 two weeks before surgery. And have my 2 week post op next week, can't wait to see what I've lost.

Honestly that's my plan. I know it's going to be hard to get under 200/250, I plan to work my ass off until I get to what I find comfortable.

I have gone out with my boyfriend and his baby and family, to eat several times since surgery. I get the Soup and usually just pick at it. But I enjoy just being out and the convo mostly. Do I want to go face first in the pizza at bertuccis? Sure do, but I think about the pain it would cause and then I'm all set.

Someone from my Dr's office told me the full is you burp a lot and your nose runs.....I tried it and it does happen.

I had mine the same day, over the weekend even though I can't get much down I felt like super woman even going to the zoo in Sunday , today I crashed a bit with exhaustion. (Could be my monthly cycle too) but I just became completely exhausted.

Thanks Winnie, I decided to donut when I ran into problems with my gallbladder, as it really was my first big health problem associated with my weight.

I met my current boyfriend just as I had decided to do the surgery and starting the program. He has some worries about how I'll be when I'm skinny, and we've talked about it. I could not see myself caring less for him as I get smaller, especially after the way he has taken care of me post-op. Only made me care more about him.

Wear comfy clothes to go home in, I wore jeans there, and to go home in, totally uncomfortable!
