My progress so far 83 pounds down july 1st 2014 stuck right now but happy and loving life!!

healthier, happier than i've ever been!!

no trouble with 64+ oz Water a day
no drinking 30 minutes before i eat
no drinking during meal (sometime a sip or two)
don't drink for 45 minutes after i eat
follow all the other good stuff too!!! (for the most part!!)
i am not perfect (hard to believe!!!)
not always enough Protein
too many carbs sometimes
don't exercise enough
i do fluctuate 3-5 lbs
i am a little over goal
134.3 lbs
but not 235!!!!
i WILL get back to goal sooner than later
i want that 5 lbs wiggle room too
wow honesty is all that it is cracked up to be LOL

I'm still thinner than what I was before the surgery. Glad to have you back and hope you stay.

I lost all m weight. If you stick to Protein first and a little veggies when you have room, you can't help but lose.
Try not to worry. Of course if you cheat and eat candy which goes down very easily. that will change everything.
You can do it if you are dedicated to following the rules and adding some exercise in.

You can buy lawn furniture at the drug store. 2 chairs and a table for $28?!

I just did a comparison and am dedicated to keep getting better

You ask to borrow your teenage daughter's size 6 lululemon workout pants and consider NOT covering your a** for the first time ever because it actually looks kinda hot for a middle aged woman! Lol. I crack myself up... ????

Had my surgery on October 15th 2014. This past week I hit my goal of 195. Highest was 302 last July and 280 at surgery 

I won't say that I'm at "after" yet, but I'm only one pound from my surgeon's goal. I'm 4.5 months post-op and down 96 lbs since I started this journey last July. Down 53 lbs since surgery in November.
 

Being able to fit in an airplane seat without hanging over to the seat next to you.

The picture on the left was taken in 2011 and the one on the right was taken on 03/25/2015

When you're doing "plank" exercises without a shirt on and the skin hanging down looks like drapery fabric... but you don't even care because, guess what? YOU CAN DO FREAKIN' "PLANKS" NOW!!!

I celebrated 5 months on the 16th.. 84lbs gone.. The difference makes my journey well worth it... loving the new me!! And I am still not done yet!!!

Was sleeved on Jan 26, 2015 down almost 60lbs

Down 70 lbs since Dec 4 2014

You can put on your shoes without it ruining your day and almost making you pass out.
Walking a few miles becomes almost effortless.
You are willng to have pictures taken of yourself again.
Your tailbone hurts if you sit too long.
You can see hip bones.
Your 15 year old daughter tells you "Dad, your moobs have gotten smaller......."

I just had my surgery three days ago but I am already looking forward to share some pics.. soon!

When you try on a smaller bra and someone has to TELL you that the back fat rolls you're freaking out about are actually shoulder blades. Who knew?
