    197.5. Not a good week--up a little. My first gain but I was traveling and I realized my eating habits have changed so much. The work Breakfast consisted of fruit and pastries...basically all sugar and no Protein. It took its toll. I'm traveling this week too but so far so good.

    CW 198.2 last week 202, down 3.8, yeah!! I'm having kidney stone surgery tomorrow so we'll see what the anesthesia and extra rest will do to me this week. Thanks Susan!

    203.8. Didn't meet goal but certainly tried harder than if I didn't have this challenge. Thanks!

    Its time for another challenge! This challenge will be beginning with the first weigh in and goal on Monday, January 5. From there on after, weigh ins will take place Monday. Last weigh in will be Monday, February 16 2015. This will allow a total of 7 weigh ins in all. The link for the spreadsheet is posted below. This challenge will help start the new years off right.

    You will know it is updated once I have liked your post.
    Please post weigh ins here in this post only.
    We are all here to support each other..so questions posted here will be answered by anyone else willing to help.
    If you want to adjust your goal weight, just add that in any reply to this post.
    if you miss a weigh in...no biggie. Just report back in the next week.
    But If you missed three or more weigh ins, i will amuse that you no longer wish to continue the challenge and your name will be removed from spread sheet.

    I'm in. I've never done a challenge before but I followed your last challenge--very inspirational. My goal is 196, 18 pounds.

    I report at 5:00 am Monday and should be out of surgery by 8:00 am. I am in full planning/preparing mode. Make sure house is cleaned, laundry done, pantry full (of the right things ????) maybe to not think about being nervous. At this point I have faith in all the research I've done, the decisions I've made along this last 6 months of preparation, and the support of my husband. I know this is the right thing for me and I will get through it, one step at a time.
