Well and I am on the mend. Lots of pain of course but also lots of good drugs to help with that.bthanks so much for all the well wishes and prayers . I swear I felt all my friends and family including my bariatric pal family around me.

This morning I am on my way to Minneapolis. I am having a 3 level cervical spinal fusion tomorrow morning, I am hoping it will stabilize my spine and takeaway some of this neck, shoulder and arm pain. I hope all goes well!

What an exciting milestone for me! I am no longer obese on the BMI chart. As of this morning, I have hit the overweight section of the chart. I cannot wait until I get into the healthy portion. The last time I was not considered obese or morbidly obese was when I was 24 years old. That is over half my life! Woot woot!

I made it to my first big goal! I am down 100lbs as of this morning. Just 10 more to go to get to onederland. And 45 more to get to my ultimate weight goal. Woot. Woot

Ugh! I just got scheduled for a 3 level cervical spine fusion surgery for June 3rd. Having had spinal fusion before I am very nervous. That kind of surgery can be very painful. Hopefully it will solve my neck and shoulder issues.

Burned 536 calories this morning on my elliptical and treadmill. Woot woot!

Woot woot! Got my new apple watch in the mail and had to run do a one hour work out to test the exercise features! Love it!

I absolutely love the fitness features on this watch. Took me a day to get it figured out but I love it. I wish you did not have to have your iPhone on your person for the steps program to function and I wish the battery life was a bit longer. It is way more accurate than my Fitbit and exercise equipment because it considers your actual heart rate and resting calories as well. I love it!

Well, I have done cardio 5 days in a row now. Down 2lbs this week and feeling pretty darn proud of myself. Trying to build that exercise habit and make it consistent everyday is not easy! Before I was exercising 3 times per week and I seemed to slow way down on weight loss.

Yeah! My move is over and I was able to get back on my elliptical and treadmill today! I feel great!

I am off to Hawaii on Friday 5 sizes smaller than I was last August when I took my last cruise! Woot woot!

I think I officially broke my stall! Down 2lbs this week and under 250! Woot Woot!!

I am very excited! Tomorrow my new sit down elliptical and tread mill gets delivered. The next day my trainer comes over to help me figure out a routine that works for me!
