Just had a referral for RYGB sent to Abbott Hospital!

Finally on normal foods, thank you Jesus I made it without killing someone! Lol! I am -25lbs down and 5 weeks out!

One more week to go with my liquid diet!

Biting my tongue before I get myself kicked off of BP for being "mean"! Attention seeking behavior drives me mad!

Guess what?! Got my Instant pot today. It's ribs for dinner tonight. YUM!

Day 5 and I feel like a new person this morning. Feel like I should go knock on wood so I don't jinx it.

I can't believe it is August already.

Back in the USA, 3 and a half weeks post op, stepped on the scale and looks like I dropped 5 lbs on my trip. That's 25 lbs since surgery. I set my expectations at 1.5-2 lb loss per week so it's going to be quite some time before I offset that average with this head start. Damn. Amazing decision, I feel like a million bucks.

I am 7 weeks post-op and folks are really starting to notice my weight loss (50+ lbs)! It feels good to have my confidence back!

6 months, 155 lbs down, 30 lbs to go. I think its going well...

Gah! Don't know if is because I am healing but the last two days I am a bottomless pit! I never ever feel this way. It might just be the need for comfort food. Ugh!

I am on fire! I swear there is smoke coming off my arms tonight. LOL

Today has been tough. It is the 6th day of the preop liquid shakes. My stomach has been rumbling and my choices have been right. One moment at a time.

Starting to feel somewhat normal again except for the crazy itching following my brachioplasty. The swelling is coming down. I have spent a fortune on ice packs in the last week but it's all been worth it. My arms look fantastic!
