  1. Oh lord AGAIN? I'm trying to be nice here. I've never had an issue with ANYONE on here but this guy! There would never be a problem if he didn't try to make everyone believe he knows all. We're all damned if we don't do exactly what he thinks is right. Being a "dick" is telling people they are all going to be complete failures if they dare have a drink of alcohol. "Go eat cake" blah blah blah. That's not the attitude to have either. That's not kissing anyone's ass that's allowing people to live their lives without fear of failure every time they live a little. I consider myself a success and I've had a drink more than a few times. I had one at 3 months post op. Do I drink everyday ummm no! Do I feel like I'm going to be a "failure" when I do have a drink? Nope! If he had told me that crap in the beginning and threw a big tantrum and told me I should just go eat cake ect... I would have been insulted and felt like I was a failure. That's not the way to make someone feel. I CANT STAND it when someone says they can "Never have this/that again" because it's simply NOT true. Unless you've become deathly allergic to a food you can and will be able to consume it again. Just because you have lost weight doesn't make you a weight loss expert and you are most defiantly not qualified to tell someone else what's right or wrong. Give advice when asked, sure but you have no right to push your views and nonsense onto anyone else. Unless you have a MD behind your name and you don't. Here's the thing, there's a block button that I know people are well aware of sooooo if you choose to get your panties all up in a wade (over and over again) instead of using it then I have no choice but to believe you like the drama. That's the only conclusion I can come up with. "Leaving" every couple of month only to return and "leave" again (always making it a public "leaving" post) is just ridiculous. You do get the more "likes" and responses to these "leaving" post than any of your others post though so good for you!!!! Toodles!
  2. I got all my food prepping done for the week! Breakfast, lunch & dinners! There's just something about feeling good that makes me want to eat good!
  3. I've been food prepping my butt off today! Got all week lunches, dinners and breakfasts done!
  4. Today I exercised!!!! And real exercise too! I took my baby for a jog/run! I can not even begin to tell you how much easier it is now that the rolls are gone and the boobs aren't flapping around! OMG night and day! I actually enjoyed the hell out of it!!! I also put this picture on FB! Where people can see my stomach and everything . I never in my entire life ever could have imagined I would show my stomach!
  5. Well this thread went right down the shitter. Scales SUCK! You will drive yourself nuts with one. Just follow your plan. You know what you're suppose to do right? It will all work out. I understand you were just making light of the situation just know that the only scale that matters is the one with the numbers being sent to the insurance company. Unfortunately they won't care about the scale variations. Exceed the scale!!
  6. I confess I Am 18 months out and NEVER exercise but soon I will....for real this time!
  7. @@FocusOnMeNow I'm done with it all now, I only used them for 3 days.
  8. I finally have a consult set up for next Wednesday with a plastic surgeon. I'm going in for a lift with implants and possible tummy tuck. I need all the information I can get before I go. I want DD implants. I've always had big boobs and I want those puppies back! Soooo if you've had them done tell me how it went. How painful was it? Are you happy with the results? Did you go under the muscle or on top? Cost? Anything I should ask the surgeon? Did you have a combo like what I'm considering? I've read through some post but it's easier to just make my own. Thank you for any knowledge you could share. I'm excited and beyond ready!
  9. First day back to work was wonderful! Everyone was so helpful. One of my nurses came up and grabbed my hips saying " soooo tiny!!" It was cute. The only "problem" I'm having is my medium scrubs look ridiculous on me. Luckily I have a couple pairs of small & extra smalls that fit nicely. It felt so nice to get out of the house and socialize with ADULTS. It was also nice not stuffing my face all day laying in bed!
  10. @@Chrystee I already had it! I have a whole thread on it with pictures and everything!! You'll have to go to my profile and look at my topics. It's under "three days till plastics time"
  11. @@jane13 dense food like chicken I can't do much of maybe 1/2 cup or couple ounces. It's hard on my stomach. Salads and light foods I can do well with. The girls are perfect! I haven't wore a real bra yet shit in the compression bra but I'd say 32 c. No none of my plastic were covered.
  12. @@KindaFamiliar Or you can get a big blue pit that takes up your whole body but thinks he's a lap dog!!!

    Venting - So Mad!

I had that happen and it turned out they did have my paper work but in a different department that handled it first.
  14. @@PissiChrissi Thank you! When you go to my actual profile I have a before and after on it. It's not the best before picture. I wish I had better ones but I HATED having my picture taken. I have one I can make but I had already lost 75 lbs by the time I took it so it's not a "real" before and after. When I go to my moms I will see if I can find some......there's this one. I was so proud of myself in that blue shirt! I had lost the 75 lbs and thought I looked really good little did I know I'd lose another 50.
  15. @@BestDayEver lol! Yes he's the worst.
  16. @@2goldengirl That was "fat" not "hate" I fixed it.
  17. @@2goldengirl You'll get there and then you'll have the grand opportunity to worry about getting fat again. Enjoy the small portions now!
  18. I also do "cold plates" a lot. I like the variety and I can put it back in the fridge and snack on it when I'm hungry. Those round things are crackers made entirely of cheese so no carbs!
  19. @@jane13 Everyone's foods sound good. I ate that same salad twice already today and we just bought two more goat cheese with honey logs so I'm guessing it won't be ending anytime soon. It's just the greatest food!!
  20. Ok! Quick update. I put that I was 3 weeks on that last update. No I was only two weeks post-op. This Wendesday I will be 3 weeks. So today is the first day I've worn a pair of jeans. I went to the goodwill and bought them special lol size 6!! Still swollen of course. Anyway I got some pictures. Check out the one with my husband in the background!!! Caught!! Checking me out! We were cracking up. Sneaky!!!
  21. I love it when people say that!!! Now if only the people I don't like would REALLY not recognize me that would be great!!!

    Warm Weather NSV

    @@Sophie74656 Yay to pretty tootsies!
  23. NSV for weight loss AND plastics. These teens and I all bought the same size dress AND I didn't even have to wear a stinking bra!!!! Everything just stayed put!! I blocked them out because two of them don't belong to me so I don't want to put them on a public forum.
  24. @@Christinamo7 I HATED salmon until I learned to take the skin off (I have the seafood guys do that) then there's a brown streak that runs down the middle I cut it out and BAM I love it!!! No more nasty fishy taste. It's like night and day. Look me years to figure that out!
  25. Also I might add, if you guys don't have a bamboo steamer you NEED one! I've been cooking everything in it. You don't have to use any oils or butters if you don't want and it's fast. Cooks everything perfectly in under 20 mins AND vegetables taste 10x better!!! They only cost @ 25 bucks too. I just love the thing. I have a feeling it's going to make this meal prep faster.
