  1. I had the gastric sleeve in October 2014 lost 100 pounds been following dr. Recommendations 60/70 grams of Protein a day which you eat first before fruits veggies and last carbs if you have room. Been at a standstill for 6 months have another 20 pounds I would like to loose. Had knee replacement in November dr. Said once I recovered fro knee surgery get to gym and start liquids to jump start weight loss. I now have a personal trainer at the gym who is telling me I need way more protein on a daily basis and need lots of raw fruits and veggies too. I thought I knew what I was doing with dr but trainer is confusing me nit sure what to do! He is aware of was. Help please!!!!
