October 2014 sleevers check in please!

Hey all! 4 weeks out, 10/13/2014, down 43lbs. 68lbs total since July. Yes the weight has come off, however been experiencing post nasal drip, really didn't eat at all for the first 23 days, about 60g of Protein in, and about 40 oz of liquids, had to get IV's the 2nd week due to dehydration. HOWEVER, past 3 days have been better.. More liquids, eating 2-3 times a day, 65g of protein, more energy, finally back in the gym, feeling better. Gotta start somewhere
  7. I'm 4 weeks post op, and I act asked this question at my last meeting on Monday, according to the dietitian and surgeon speaking... "If you over eat and ignore the sleeve full sensation over a period of time your sleeve will definitely stretch"
  8. 4 weeks post op...43lbs down.. 68lbs down since July:)

Wow, you're doing great! Keep up the great work!

  9. 23 days post op, finally had a sweet potato, and drank 75g of protein today, gotta start somewhere :)

  10. So...I've been having a really bad time with post nasal drip...been on muniexD for a week, it seem to work, however I think it's my dog causing most of it. Just got her in April, haven't had a dog in 4 years and been itching a little bit since April. When I'm out of town I'm fine. Last week I went out of town and I felt better. Was drinking 40-50oz of fluids and no nausea feeling. Picked her up Monday morning and have felt like shit since. Picked up allergy medicine last night....anyone else have similar outcome??? Also does post nasal drip last forever?
  11. Experiencing the 3rd week stall as I type this, we just have to stay positive and patient. Trust me the bad negative thoughts creep in often but I ju try to think of the long run.

    Help me! Can't stop eating!

Go for a walk, eat healthier things, fruit, veggies, gym. Think about how far you've come, we all have bad days, just limit them. ????
