Hello everyone I need to lose 9lbs before my surgery I haven't got a set date yet so I have a month or maybe 3 weeks how can I lose 7lbs fast so I can have my surgery? I have an ACL tear in my knee so it's very hard to walk. I weigh 340 & I need to be 332lbs can any one help guide me I am on disability & food assistance so I don't have money to spend on expensive products & I don't want to starve myself either can you please help me I need advice. Thank You ????

Srry that I didn't respond earlier I had my EGD today & they also did a stomach biopsy & I have intestine ulcers there is 2 of them but not big ones thank God & he said I have acid reflux I never even knew I had that so he prescribed me protinix & sucralfate so I was under General anesthesia so I'm still sleepy some & I do have a scratchy throat & they gave me a dose of fentyl for pain so I will find out the results in 2 weeks for the biopsy wish me luck please

Ok I'm done with my EGD & biopsy I didn't even feel anything I was out & I'm home now resting my Dr. Prescribed me protinix & another medicine I jave 2 small ulcers so I have to take those meds for 12 weeks but I'm so glad it's over thank you for all the prayers ????

I bought the pure protein chocolate it's 25g. Of protein so I drink that I like it it's really good & like I said I use the unsweetened almond milk in the morning with it & then the rest of the day I use water with it so I know that.this is for my health & I just suck it up put my big girl pants on & go with the flow I haven't been given a surgery date I'm still on the clearance process I have 1 more clearance to go & I'm doing my endoscopy tomorrow morning so I'm doing the protein powder so I can lose some weight cause I don't want to gain anything so I can get accepted with my weigh in

Hey Beni how are you? I started my protein drinks & this morning I put 2 scoops of powder in a 16oz. Unsweetened almond milk then the rest of the day I use 1 scoop in 8oz. Water 4 Times a day so 5 shakes in total the one I drink with the milk is for breakfast so is this ok

I just have to say reasonable stories I'm crying it's so touching & I don't have children & I want to say that you both are very STRONG women who will do great I'm praying for both of you

I'm trying to wean off sugar now & I just want to know will my body go through withdrawals? Like will I get headaches & have mood swings & etc.... if so how long does it last I don't drink soda but I do drink sweet tea it is the house wine of the south lol this is my first day on water & crystal light packets that I put in my water I got the store brand that is all natural no artificial sweeteners or coloring or flavors. Its made with Stevie & cane sugar it says it has 15cal, 0fat, 20mgsodium, 4gcarbs, 3gsugar & serving size is 1/2packet in a bottle of water is that good?

I love green tea no sugar is that ok to drink

Ok cool I don't think I have reflux I've never had a problem so we will see I'll let you know when get home from the endoscopy. Do you know if they use general anesthesia? My Dr. Said they will have me under General anesthesia?

That's so great yay I'm still doing my clearances I only have my pulmonologist clearance left then I see the nutritionist on the 20th & then see if my Medicaid approves it I live in Florida I have amerigroup medicaid I'm so nervous about the approval process I hope everything goes well
