Anyone else feel really dizzy on this pre op diet? My diet is 4 shakes a day and nothing else sep water or 0 calorie drinks. Have a headache and I feel horrible. On day 3. -

I envy those who get food on their liquid diet. My pre op is liquids only (shakes) 4x a day for 2 weeks. I’m starving -

Hi, if anyone has any answers or advice for me about the following that would be amazing. So I am just starting the process (unless you include the years of research lol) and I have my first consult next month. My only concerns are about the approval process and how it works. I know it depends on your insurance but what are the typical things you have to do before approval? Any expierences of your pre op are of vaule to hear =]

My brothers are work out junkies and needless to say they look great. I on the other hand, have always had a problem with my weight. Currently I don't plan on telling them in till I have an appointment for surgery because I don't want a speech. My best friend and my mother knows and thats enough for me right now. -
Day one: So I today I had an appointment with my primary who told me about a surgeon he reccomends. I was told when I called that I either needed to attend an info session or pass a quiz before I could get an appointment. Well needless to say I passed and I'm waiting for a phone call to make my appointment. Scared and excited but its FINALLY starting. Slow... but starting lol
