      Why do I want to leave? I do not feel that I am benefitting from this service. My question go unanswered. I have trouble tracking down questions that I ask in groups. The kudos and congrats are wonderful. But I am looking for more resources, not praise. If I am not learning, my mind gets stagnant and I start getting depressed. Failure is not an option.

      Right now it is 4 protein shakes. Small salad for lunch. No cheese or croutons. Then a freezer meal like Lean Cuisine for dinner.
