Hello! I am 3yrs post and i had the same struggle as you if not more. I have never drunk a full Protein Shake, my body just would not let me do it..... So i decided to use the Protein Powder and fix it to my liking.... But dont stress to much over things like that, your only a few days out..... GL hun!!!

Hi everyone! So I've creeped along the forum for some time now, but have never posted anything. Well I just had my Sleeve done June 28th, and today is my first day home. I'm suppose to drink 2 Protein Shakes a day, and I'm struggling. I've drank 1 and it took me almost all day, but this second one is killing me. If I tried to drink this and finish it, I think I will be up all night long. I also have to drink my Water to get the 2 liters a day. I know everyone's diets post op are different, but what if I'm unable to finish it? I'm going to try, but I'm nervous I'll be unable to. The thought of doing this all over again tomorrow and the following week is making me so nervous. Did anyone struggle with the 2 shakes a day? Any tips or advice? Also is it totally terrible if I'm unable to finish this second one? Sorry for all the questions, I don't know who else to ask.

October 16- 275 lbs. My highest weight was 301 in July 2016.
June 10, 2017- 211 lbs

I love this.... I'm hoping after my surgery my husband will also follow suite. He needs this just as much if not more than me, but he is scared and hopes he will eat better watching me. *wink* he sympathy gained he said... LOL - maybe he will sympathy loose. - My surgery is July 12th. Love the pics. Such an inspiration to see. Thanks so much to everyone for sharing - GrInS

Hi! I had my surgery August 13, 2014-So I guess I'm at 5 1/2 months, more or less. I'm down 73 pounds and I'm about a half pound away from the hundreds-weird!! Also-my before pics are kind of ridiculous haha

Started this journey at 317, Surgery day was 305, December 28 195, Today 193.

I am 26 months post op. I've lost about 140 pounds, and 160 from my highest. Every day I wake up and thank the Lord for this gift I've been given.
The first photo was pre-op, and I was 306. The second in the blue was about 4 months postop, and I was around 240. The one in the checkered jacket was at one year post op (about a year ago), and I was 173. The last one in the pink top was taken today, and I'm 165.

271 to 135. Tight 18W to a 4. 56% body fat to 18%.

More than half way to goal. I had to share my scooter success. Yep, I'm 40 and riding a Razor scooter for the first! So much fun!

Today is 4 months since surgery. HW 298 CW 222 GW 165... I was wearing 22/24W, I am in 14 Misses. Shirt was 3XL in plus size now XL in Misses..

I had my sleeve on 6/12/14. Beginning weight 315pds now I'm 218pds. I believe if I wasn't lazy and would exercise as I should, I would be at my 200pd goal!!!

Oh geez, sorry guys! Hopefully it will work this time!!!

SW in 10/2014: 274
CW as of 1/19/2015: 225
GW : 165

The first pic was two months before surgery. The second is 5 months post op. I'm down 60lbs. 26lbs to go!

The 1st picture is on the day of my surgery December 1, 2014 and the 2nd one is me today, 40+ pounds lighter. Life on the losers bench is amazing.
