Bad office find someone new! Life keeps moving and so should you. Be encouraged. We are here for you.My surgeon never told me to take Vitamins. I did read about them in the information that came from my dietitian pre-op. I moved out of state 1 1/2 years later. Although, his office never called after my first post-op appointment. My surgery went great. I had to take it from that point. Maybe because it was just before the holidays.

He is a "boyfriend?" Well, it does not seem that he is a "friend" but he is surely acting like a "boy." You live/die in your body. He will be alive with another women if you past from obesity.
Do what is best for you! A therapist may also be helpful. Your life your choice.

It sucked but I went back to my office job after 11 days. It just seems to depend on the person. Have a great recovery!

Yes, two years ago. I was sleeved in Aug and my husband Sept 2014. We sometimes workout together and always encourage each other. He has been my best-friend for 17 years. We love being sleeve and it has only helped us as a family. It is a great thing.

Well, I am not sure when my collar bones came out. However, the next thing I notice was my hip bones. I never had big hips. However, I never remember feeling my hip bones before losing weight. Apparently, they have lived under my belly for the last 16 years. Lol ????
I love the way my body is changing! Working out and eating healthy is taking my body to new places! I am forever sleeved and in this journey towards greater health.

My lose skin is being helped by working out. It is still a part of me but I still love my sleeved body. 2 years out and no regrets! You are beautiful no matter what.

Drinking adds calories and for some becomes another addiction. I have stopped drinking due to I do not wanting the extra calories at this time. This could change. I am not stressing about drinking. I just do not want to be fat again. So, I do not drink.

For me this use to be an issue. I make cakes and Cookies for my kids. They also now make cakes and cookies. I made a batch of decadent fudge/caramel/chip cookies. I ate two and was sick for hours. I can now cook without eating as the pain set me free.

I did not gain when moving to the "mushie foods." I was careful with my portions. That part went great. Just follow your plan.

After two years, I do not feel the need to explain why I share a plate with my sleeved husband. Mostly, we just laugh when they say "Are you sure that is all you want?" It is usually an appetizer!
When we get good service the tip is also good!

Drinking Water not a problem. Sleeved 08/01/2014. Dense meat will aways be a problem. I cannot eat heavy sauces with Pasta at all. That is a blessing. I am still moving forward towards my goals.
