    Hello all!
So I had my real first OMG moment.
I went dress shopping for a wedding I'm in, left picture is 2 weeks after surgery, jan 19th and right picture was today! April 12th.
Same dress but 5 sizes smaller.
    84 pounds down from
    December 27th 2015.
I was blown away by the side by sides. I can't stop looking and smiling at this picture!! This is, by far, the best thing I have ever done for myself. Today...I'm very proud! ????????

I was diagnosed with pseudo tumour cerebri about five or six years ago. I felt humiliated because You know your fat when the eye doctor tells you to lose weight. It always worsened with my weight gain and improved with any losses. I am now 145 lbs at 5"3'. No more symptoms. It has completely resolved. I had gastric bypass jan 2013.

tnl1031 got a reaction from AllofMe in SEPTEMBER 2014 POST-OP SLEEVERS CHECKING IN!
I was sleeved on 9/23/14. Best decision ever!! My starting weight was 329, my surgery weight was 310. I am now at 220, that's 109 pounds! I never, in my wildest dreams, thought this would work the way it has. My family has a bad history when it comes to medical procedures. They almost never work out the way they are supposed to. Imagine my surprise that this is actually working!! I am no longer morbidly obese either, just obese now. LOL My surgeon's CRNP was thrilled to tell me that on my last visit. Keep up the good work everyone!

Sleeved 9/30/2014 and best decision of my life and only wish I would have gotten over the social stigma of a "failed" dieter and done this sooner. At first I was not comfortable telling anyone that I had a surgery and as time went on and therapy for how I got to be morbidly obese I couldn't be prouder to say I was sleeved and I will answer anyone's questions. I am down 97 lbs, reached my personal goal and my surgeons goal and I couldn't be happier with that but I woul be lying if I didn't say I'd love to get to 100lbs lost. I have run 2 official 5k's, one 10k and my first half marathon will be in November. I have been a slow loser for the last two months but figured out calorie intake needed to increase and start losing again a little faster.
This time last year I couldn't make it up the stairs without breathing heavy. This surgery was a life saver for me both mentally and physically!

My journey has been absolutely amazing! Three 5ks completed and two 10ks scheduled. Start weight 275, surgery weight 237, current weight 166, and goal weight 150. I've gone from a size 18/20 to 8/10. I still log my food everyday, stay at 1100-1200 calories a day, and allow myself to have imperfect days (yesterday for example had some dessert). Weight loss has slowed to about 3-5lbs a month but still moving! I would love to hit goal before 9/4 my surgery date. Good luck on reaching your one year goals everyone.

Wow! I can honestly say that I am amazed. I know this surgery is supposed to work, but in the back of my mind, I thought I would fail somehow. My weight loss attempts in the past have always worked for a time and then the weight would creep back. I cannot believe that I have lost 100 pounds since last June! I have seen some people at my son's baseball games that I haven't seen in the last year and they can't believe my transformation. It's nice to hear compliments from the moms, but it's also nice to hear some from the dads! LOL Men don't usually discuss those kinds of things, but I have heard some very nice words from some dads that we have been friends with for years and usually only see during baseball season. I have so much more energy, my knees feel better, I have gone off of 4 meds at this point and am looking to get rid of 1 or 2 more in the next 3 months and I think my sleep apnea is gone. This is the best decision I have ever made for myself (besides marrying my best friend and having our son). This one is all for me though. Please let me know how the rest of you are doing. I had my surgery in September, 2014.
