I have been sick 4 days. All the mucus and pain have me worried. I know this virus is going around. If others in the house hadn't had it, I might have gone to the clinic

I was married at 21. 30 years later after putting up with someone putting me down my whole life, I am ready to meet someone who loves and supports me. I look back now and he was most abusive at 180 lbs after child birth etc. I ate to hide. Living a new life now. This year is for me. Bring on 2015 -
Happy New Year! I am closing 2014 with a 40 lb loss and would love to celebrate my April birthday with another 40. You have given me inspiration. I have had some small treats this Holiday but they were planned.

Sending prayers. My mom had breast cancer a few years back. I went to all appointments with her. She did so well , little problems and a great outcome.

My granddaughter got Baptized yesterday. I NEVER look forward to dressing up. I think stockings should be outlawed. Mine were easy to get into, loose but held tummy in. Tall boots that I purchased but only had on once as it is hard holding breath and leaning over same time. Slid on. Wow I felt like a million bucks. 1x instead of 3x is a huge miracle! -
I am on antibiotics for a sinus infection and reality is, I will be about twice a year I am having major Acud reflux. Looked in The Lapband Book, nothing mentioned about antibiotics. Anybody know of any tricks? Cures?

Really good meds. I took as Doctor ordered first night and next day and then a few times at night just because I thought I would get a better sleep

I stayed the night because I have sleep apnea. I think most people have day surgery
