Wow. I will be so happy when I take a size 16. I have a large bone frame and never took smaller than 14. My daughter is the same and looks anorexic when in 9/10 clothes. She is a happy size 12

Its my necklines on my shirts. They have all gotten too big with my upper body/boobs shrinking. During the day I will look down and my bra strap is showing as neckline shifts or too much cleavage or bra are showing. I might put a few stitches in the ones I can -
I did a step class last night. I have not recuperated from my first Zumba class Saturday yet. I was going to go to the gym tonight but in the winter my life revolves around good weather driving. The storm has just started here

I believe this happens to people no matter the time. I increase my exercise and change up my food choices and enjoy the results

I fell off routine during Christmas. Working hard now to get back on the losing wagon. Gym Saturday and Sunday. Better eating this week.

Went to Zumba yesterday. Not sure I can get out of bed today. Yikes. 15,000 steps on my fitbit and my daughter is already up and has plans for us going to the gym for 10. I try to remind her she is 1/2 my age. I thrive on competitiveness and if she can keep me motivated this winter, I will be able to bike next summer

I don't ever remember a size 12. Size 14 I was so skinny as I am large boned. A 16 would be heaven. An 18 would be great -

I like smaller goals. I was a 3x. Fitting back into 2x was great. Now working towards 1x. XL would be a Dream come true. I have a large bone structure. I would be a skinny size 16 -
