    Snack ideas?

    This gave me an idea.... stopped at the store and bought some prosciutto, and Neufchatel cheese (less fat same protein/taste as cream cheese) and this morning made 2 kinds of roll ups. One with a tiny slice of dill pickle the other with my favorite Medjool dates! Split the dates open and remove the pit, then steam for just a minute to loosen the tough skin, remove the skin and add a slice of the cheese and then roll up in a piece of the Prosciutto! I call them Angel Dates! In response to Devil Dates which are delish also! (dates filled with cheese and jalapeno wrapped in bacon) Also harking back to Pumpkin Spice..... found Philly cream cheese in Pumpkin Spice flavor! Devine on Blue Diamond Pecan Nut Crisps! See I don't miss Oreos at all!

    Banana's are Sugar Bombs! 27 carbs and 14 gr sugar! My husband keeps offering me a banana, I keep telling him "NO! I can't eat that!"

    They call a serving 13 crackers/crisps... OMG I couldn't eat 13 if I tried.. anyway 13 crackers is 22 carbs /2 grams fiber. So that is about 1.5 carbs per cracker. Yeah, but this is a SNACK not a meal... and 0 sugar, so I think they are the best crunchy cracker thing I have found... better than pretzels/chips/ritz.... you know.

    OMG RUN don't walk to your local WM, Target, Kroger, Rite Aid, Whole Foods, Fresh Marktet.... wherevever you can find a store near you with this website http://www.bluediamond.com/applications/locator/index.cfm?navid=14 Blue Diamond NUT THINS! Small square crackers made with ALMONDS! Gluten Free and sooooo crunchy! I love the Artesian varieties, sesame or flax seed. Perfect for dipping Hummus, or Guacamole, with cheese or whatever your snacking fancy. They have Fiber and Protein too! If you miss CRUNCHY you have to try these! And I know I sound like a commercial, but I don't work for Blue Diamond I just love these that much!

    My scale hates me too.... and the scales here at work... shudder to think how much the scale in the doctor's office dispises me! But today I pulled out an old pair of panties from the drawer and OMG! They were too big! I mean BAGGY BIG!..... so I guess some of the gut fat is going away.

    3 months and down 54 pounds.. but EVERYONE is DIFFERENT! How active are you? How well do you follow your diet? Are you male or female... lots of variable. Do not make the mistake of comparing yourself to others.

    I am losing, down 54 pounds... but not around my waist! Hence I am only down 2 pants sizes because they don't fit my middle! Which really makes me mad because the leg/thigh area is huge! My son said I had the 'gangsta' thing going on! I need skinny legged pants with a big waist.... Ugh!

    Bannanas are Sugar bombs! Not to mention that I would have a hard time eating a whole one! Much better to use benefiber or one of the other powdered Fiber products in a shake and not add that sugar and carbs.   16. I asked my doctor for one.... he very pleasantly replied "NO".... and the reason being "LAWYERS" . No matter what you do or how good of a doctor you are there are always lawyers out there ready to sue. And he could not and would not take the chance of that video falling into the hands of one of those type of lawyers. He did give me a couple of stills tho.

    I finally hit the stall

    So Pinkbunnies....... you do know that muscle weighs more than fat by volume, right. If you are walking jogging 12.5 miles a day, you are BUILDING MUSCLE! That muscle is replacing a lot of the fat, hence you might not show an overall loss or even a gain. But does the tape measure say you are smaller? clothing looser? Heck do you feel better? I wish I could accomplish what you are doing, some days I can hardly walk at all due to old injuries. Stay positive and keep it up!

  19. Funny, I almost posted on this topic earlier today... I am 3 months out from surgery and that uncomfortable full feeling is still there when I eat solid food. I was typing and it came to me "THIS IS WHY I DID THIS!" Something has to stop the mindless eating, hand to mouth that got me in this shape to start with! So, stop eating before the feeing gets bad, and will it go away? I hope not.

    Water intake

    So how long does the Water stay in your stomach? or sleeve... if you just drink water on an empty stomach I mean. How long before it passes thru to the intestines? I ask because I tried an experiment, it takes me about 40 minutes to drive home from work, and I wanted to see how much water I could drink in that time. I didn't push myself, just a few swallows every couple of miles. I was able to drink roughly 32 oz of water, and I don't feel full or bloated.
