Okay, so today I am starting my pre-op diet. This includes 3 shakes a day and a low cal meal & a cup of veggies... On my second shake for lunch and so far so good, considering. I'm sure dinner will feel like 5 stars... My surgery is on August 11th.

I saw my primary care physician today. My diabetes and hypertension are now resolved. He was so happy for me that I was touched.

Guess who just got their date?! This chick right here!! July 24th I lose a part of me (% of my stomach) that I'm confident I won't miss overly much and will result in my losing a bigger part of me that is a burden (my fat).

I've had my cute little sleeve for one whole week today!!
