Hi My name is Wendy Rush,
I am going to have the sleeve operation in either September or October. The reason for my sergury is for medical problems that I am having my main issue is breathing. This is the first time I have waighted this much and I can't believe how much it has effected my whole life. I feel trapped inside and can't get out. I have sleep apna real bad that is what started the prosess on fixing my nose and throat to help make it better it did work some what but the weight is the biggest problem. They told me that its so bad I could die in my sleep. I have to wear the cpap every day.Then I was through another twist to all this and now I am borderline dieabetic I have never had problem with my suger. I am tired of being fat I am ready for this change. I have went to classes and talked to the doctors and I am ready. I have lost 20lbs sence march I have also quict smoking sence march I write down every thing I eat even if I should have it.
I am 47 years old I live with my mother that is fighting cancer for the past 3yrs. I have three children that live in Pittsburgh area I have three grandbabies. I love the outdoors camping swimming gardening, grilling. I love reading and doing research work. I have a master degree in criminal justice and associates degree in medical business. I spent 10years in college. I am disable because a degenerating bone dieses. I worked for 7 years with the states area on aging which I enjoyed. My future plans are to lose the weight and help others.
