Yesterday I tried on a size 20 jean... and I am about 10 lbs away from being able to comfortably wear them. I went from a size 26/28 down to almost a 20 in around 2 months!!!!

It kinda makes you have buyers remorse to a degree doesn't it? The only thing is my doc wants us off of the shakes at 6 weeks and eating. I just don't see how that's possible. I'm almost a month out and the things that they said I can / should be eating make me feel like crap afterward. On a positive note im,dropping the pounds like crazy ????

The mind games after surgery are all most too much for me. I don't want to ear at all. Period. I went from trying to stop myself from eating to now I forces myself to eat. I've lost 37 lbs since my.surgery date 05/18.,but I don't SEE it at all. My clothes are a little more loose, but my mind tells me nothing has changed. I don't like eggs, cottage cheese, or chicken anymore like I did prior to surgery.... I'm a mess

This is so crazy. I hardly even ate bread before surgery, but now I miss it. I miss eating a sandwich lol is that not crazy? I can't imagine trying to eat beead. The thought of it makes my stomach hurt, but the craving is still there. Anyone experience similar?

It's an upper resp. Infection :/ I wanna go to bed. It's kicking my rear.

My sister is overweight like me and she has been a thorn in my dang side. I don't know if it's a jealousy thing or she's just hating on me or what. When I told her I lost 18 lbs in 8 days her response was well if u lose it fast u gain it back fast. Made me wanna punch her in the throat lol. I've learned to just over look her though. Haters gonna hate right?

Hello everyone I am still in the hospital but I'm going home today. My surgeon said the surgery went very well I'm just having trouble tolerating the pain. It's mostly on the one side where my big incision is all the others are fine. Once my pain goes down a bit I'll be fine because besides that I don't feel any different, makes me wonder if they really did anything in there lol.

I'd rock a bikini, but I just can't decide on the right style.

Well I went to my very first pre op appt (1 week). As of today I am down 18 lbs in 8 days!!!!!!! My mouth dropped when I saw those numbers. This girl is on cloud nine right now!!!! I now get in introduce soft foods. Looking for some ideas now????

I never had any complications! I only dump with greasy/fatty/processed foods. Other than that I've followed the diet for 20months and have lost 196 lbs

I had gastric bypass may 18th! I know this sounds weird but the surgery hasn't fully hit me yet. I've noticed that my doc put me on pureed foods wayyyyyy before alot of folks. I put beef stew in the blender today and it was amazing lol I stay scared that I will consume too much tho... it takes me 45 min to an hour to take in 1/4 cup....is that too much?!?!

I am day 3 into my pre-op diet and feel so drained! I have 4 kids and zero energy. Not a good combination...

Today makes one week since my surgery. I dnt weigh at all. Only at dr appts

I just had surgery monday the 18th and if this is the easy way out my god help those who choose the hard way!!!!! I can barely eat or drink and lack energy. I know all this will get better but when people say that this surgery changes EVERYTHING they most certainly are speaking the truth!

I had surgery monday and only stayed one night. Honestly u will be shocked how okay u feel to go home. It's not painless but it's not tooo painful either. It wasn't for me anyway
