Hi. I am getting sleeved on June 11, 2014 and I just started my liquid diet. I must be on full liquids for 10 days. I too LOVE food. But my mind is made up and I am doing this. I have a cup of tea in the morning and when I get to work I still have 2 cups of decaf coffee, around 10am I have a ensure clear its like juice with 9 grams of protien its high in suger but i didnt realize unitl i brought it. Lunch i have cup skim milk and atkins protien drink and jello at dinner i have 2 cups of Rachel ray mexican flavored broth or wonton soup broth with crystal light for snack atkins protien drink blended with ice(icecream)lol I am not hungry!!!!! I never thought i would live without food but its working! Good luck to you be positive.
