      Keep it up! Are you training for anything specific or just rocking your workouts? What kinds of things are you doing?

      LOL, not training for anything specific. I am just trying to get healthy! I spent 30 minutes on the treadmill at 3.0 mph and a 10 incline and another 30 min on the elliptical at a high resistance. Followed by almost an hour of weight lifting. I definitely was sweating and felt pretty beat up after the fact too. It also felt great too.
