    Whats your "full" signal?

    The runny nose thing is funny. I wonder why that happens. My sign is my upper right stomach gets a sharp pain right under my ribs. I know I should stop there if I eat anymore I feel too full and uncomfortable for the next hour or so. Almost nauseous.

    Low Prealbumin

    I just got my 3 month levels yesterday and my Dr said mine was low as well. But I wasn't getting in enough protein. I kinda already knew this because my intake was between 40-70. She said I need at least 100. I am going to try to increase but it's hard for me to get in more. I bought some quest bars and will try to drink another protein drink every day.

    Any April 1st sleevers?

    I had surgery on the 2nd of April and my process has gone pretty smoothly. No complications. As of last Wednesday I was down 50 lbs. Starting weight of 271 current 221. I'm 5' 10'. Overall I am happy with my progress. I had some weeks where I would loose only 1 lb and some when I lost 4-6 lbs. I have no idea why this happened. I can't find any trend that would cause this. As far as my hunger goes, it's weird sometimes I feel like I can eat everything and then other times I barely eat and am satisfied. I do indulge in small amounts of goodies at times like gummy bears, twizzlers, sherbert, etc... But even on those days I only have small amounts and still don't go over my 800 calories a day. I try to exercise 3-4 times a week. I do step aerobics mostly or walk. I use the my fitness app and a fitbit flex to help keep me accountable for my activity and food. My protein intake is around 40-60 a day. I drink a Syntax Nectar protein drink everyday so that gives me 25 g. I also started juicing and drink a juice everyday. They sometimes have a lot of carbs in them so I stopped paying attention to my carb intake. :/. I also stopped taking my vitamins religiously. I kind of take them here and there. I have my 3 month check up next week so I hope my levels are ok. I just hope I continue to loose weight. I'm scared I will fail and regain my weight.

    Ok. That sounds good. I may stop and get some on my way to work tonight. I do use the myfitnesspal app. I just started this week. And it really helps me to be accountable for what I eat. I love it. Thanks for the suggestion.

    Ok. I just followed you. I will definitely look into some of the recipes before I burn myself out on dairy. Lol. I saw that you are into essential oils. I recently started using oils for my kids.

    Any April 1st sleevers?

    I wish I could start training for a 5 k. I just don't have the time to do it. How is the chili at Wendy's? Does it have a lot of fat, carbs and protein? I pretty much only eat scrambled eggs, yogurt, cheese, chicken, and my protein drink. I need to try the chili. I never want to cook anything because of the small amount I eat, but I'm going to have to try some new stuff.

    April 4th!

    2-3 lbs a week is great. For a couple of weeks I only lost 1 lb. and one week I lost nothing. I just really started doing more exercising. Before I was only walking for about 30 mins twice a week. Now I'm doing step aerobics about 3 times a week. I'm trying to do more but find it hard to get it in. I admire you for exercising so much. As far as eating goes. I eat eggs, yogurt, cheese, chicken, and my protein drinks. and that pretty much seems like all I eat everyday. I need to look up some recipes or something. I just don't feel like cooking me anything since I only eat a small amount of it. I am also struggling to get in my water. I only drink a total of about 30 ozs a day and that includes a 20 oz protein drink. I don't seem to like the taste of water anymore.

    Hey everyone, I'm new to the site . I had surgery on April 2nd. I'm in Fort Worth, TX. Would love to have some fellow members to go through this journey with. I started at 271 lbs and am now 241 so I am down 30 lbs since preop. I am getting a little impatient. I just want to be at my goal weight already. How much are you all eating at this point? How many calories a day? My goal is about 800 calories a day. But I am starting to get tired of eating the same stuff. I need some new food ideas. Also how much exercising is everyone getting in?

  11. I was sleeved on April 2nd and just wanted to see if anyone has the same date as me. If so what is your weight loss total? How has your journey been so far? And what does your diet look like? So far I am down 30 lbs from preop,but weigh in tomorrow...... So hopefully that number will go down :/. Also how often are you all exercising and what type of exercising?
