  3. 1st monthly visit to my surgeon office today, down 32 pounds since my surgery 7 weeks ago!!! Cleared to do everything, think I am going to try and start a slow jog!

  6. day 3 post op, still very tender in my belly but doing pretty well with my water and sipping on my protein, even at 1/2 cottage cheese this morning, took me 45 minutes to eat it, but hey it stayed down.

      I will ! Went walking with my husband this morning to the Norman J levy preserve, that is another favorite, favorite place to walk. Love to make it to the top! We should do that to. See you later maybe. Pamela

  7. Got home from the hospital yesterday, still in a lot of discomfort in my mid~section, having a hard time getting my water and 1 protein shake in.

      Congratulations!!! Everything is very swollen, sip, sip, sip & walk, walk, walk. As much as you can tolerate, you will start feeling better by doing so. Every little bit helps :)

  8. 4:00AM up and getting dressed to be at the hospital by 5:30 for a 7:30 Surgery!! Today is it, the start of my new journey!!

  9. 3:50 AM now getting ready for the hospital! Surgery at 7:00

      Well if he gives me the choice of a date I would like to go sooner than later, so I will keep the d30th in mind. We could be surgery buddies like a sponsor. LOL Talk soon.

      I have first approval and doctor appointment next week but have a 12 month wait for medical weight loss supervision. I like you, feel the day will never come. Hang in there!

      Wow time2, 12 months? Mine only required 3 months. I started the consultation and exams in February and received a call in May for my surgery for June. They wanted me to do the surgery the first week in June but I wasn't able to due to mandatory training at my job. Time will fly and we all will be looking back saying "it seemed like it would never come...." Good luck all.
