One year out today. So much on on my mind. It's strange looking back to see where I was.

9 Months Post-op Today! Down 60 pounds since surgery.

Down to 164, which is only 14 lbs away from my goal weight - Have ran two half marathon in the last 20 days, and I have never felt better in my entire life

One year out and I'm officially down 125lbs!

Anyone feel exposed and naked without your weight as a barier from people? Or is it just me?

slipped on ice - hurt back - i feel terrible and sad - DH is helping me by brinking my water to me!!! he is aces - very smart too - after all he married me !!! LOL

Made it to Onderland!!! It's been 20+years!!!

Cant wait to start working with other bariatric patients! Feel so honored my surgeon wants me to work with her in the support groups and with the med students

Had a great workout. Now it's time to go home!

Got to take my excitement level down. I herd back from a local gym they are considering hiring me. I live at the gym. To be PAID to be at the gym is my dream:)
