  2. Have not been feeling to well lately, Monthly is on its way and I'm just a sad sack and don't want to do a damn thing..

  3. You look great!. I had my surgery Septemeber 8th at 255lbs and I'm down 58lbs (currently 197 as well) but I don't see the weight loss at all, Or very little even with the side by side's I've taken..Also I've been taking measurments and I've barely lost anything in my mid-section which is a little more then frustrating lol. I forgot to mention I'm only 5'3" and I always find it amazing how much a difference a few inches makes on a person when it comes to weight loss.

  5. My weight loss has slowed to a sluggish 5lb loss a month since adding the gym. So far 58lbs lost since September 8th.

    Stuck.

    So I finally got to "onderland" about 2 weeks ago and for the past 2 weeks I've really been putting a lot of effort forward in order to move thing's along. I've joined the Gym and have been going 4 days a week for 11/2hours a day, I've been watching what I eat and only take in 30-50gr of carb a day, Getting in 70grams of protein and all my water. But here I am still stuck at 199. What am I doing wrong?.. Has anyone else had this issue?...Maybe its the addition of the gym and water weight/muscles building idk but before the gym I was losing 1-2lbs a week at a stedy pase.

    No worries, Everyone loses at different speeds. I also am a slow loser. Down 54lbs since my surgery September 8th, But a lot of the friends I have on Instagram who had surgery at the same time are down 60-70lbs. Just keep swimming!

    Doing great, then....SNEEZE! Argh

    I had this happen to me a week or two out and I pulled the muscles in my stomach. It hurt like a Bi*ch and It took a month for the pain to go away. As far as stopping the sneeze try holding your nose or using a pillow to hold up against your stomach if you do have to sneeze. The good news is it will eventually go away and things will get better, Good luck!
  16. Just ordered my first wig ever. Damn hair loss...

      My hair is getting thinner, which I didn't think was possible. It's hair weave time!

      @cecejd

      I wish I could get weaves or extensions, but I'm afraid they would pull my hair out more.

  17. I am going on 5 months out from Surgery and I almost to "Onederland". Today I am 201lbs from my highest weight of 255lbs, Thats a weight loss of 54lbs since surgery which was on September 8th. Could not be happier with my life today, I definitely wish I had done this all sooner. But I am so glad I decided to do it now

  21. So I am 3 months out from surgery and 47lbs down as of today. Things are going really well, No complants or issues at all, My only issue is I've only had one follow up appointment with my surgeon the week after surgery was the last time I went in for a visit!..Not because I don't want to, but mainly because I just don't have the time between work and home life also his office is an hour away and it cost me $125 per office visit. Is it really necessary to go in for monthly visits if everything is going well?..Also I was asked to join a support group and go to that which I never did, But I have a lot of support at home and 3 months in have never had a feeling of depression or sadness because of my decision and I've been able to keep on track myself. Has anyone else gone without going to the Dr's and support groups and done alright?
