Is anyone swallowing a multi vitamin?? I'm allowed to swallow now but the ones I have a soooo big and I'm having trouble. Just curious if anyone has a smaller one that works for them?

Going into week 4 of my stall! SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!! lost 6 lbs in 3+ weeks. Gonna try to up my protein and water to kick this stall in the butt! Hoping it works!

Just came across this thread! I was sleeved March 24th. HW 236 SW 230 CW 199.5. I'm so bummed I've only lost 6 pounds in the last 3 weeks!!!! Very frustrating. I can't seem to be getting in as much calories and protein I'm told too. See my doc for my 6 week check up on Monday. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get out of this stall!?

It's driving me insane!!!!! I'm on soft foods now meeting with my doc on Monday for a check up hopefully he can tell me something I can do. But yes it bums you out very easily when the scale doesn't move

Yes that's the same as Dr. Korus! And believe me that office is always full! And they all can't be there for my doctor! She must be doing something right! Did you read up on her online?! I went to an information session way back and I went to a pre-op support group I want to go to a post op one soon!

Does she work out of penn Presbyterian?

Im 21 & I was sleeved march 24th. I told my closest girlfriends and my family. I went out for the first time and was asked soooo many questions. Meanwhile while I wasn't out with my friends everyone was asking where I was. So when I went out people were saying you lost weight blah blah I just told them I've been working out, watching what I'm eating & no drinking (why I haven't been out with friends to the bar) everyone understood and believed me. It's no ones business!!! I just think if I gradually show my face out people will think it's happening naturally with a diet & exercise!

I see dr korus at Penn! PHENOM!!!! He's awesome, great bedside manor as well! I would recommend him to ANYONE!! I normally gravitate towards women as well but he makes you feel very comfortable that's not even a thought anymore, good luck!

Hey everyone! Finally took a trip over to trader joes and picked up the vitamins. Taste is good surprisingly! But I felt nauseous after trying it, I'm hoping it was just because I was on an empty stomach anyone have this before?

Are you getting all your fluids in?? Sometimes when I feel that way I know I have to drink drink drink!

Same here it's killing me!!! I've only tried egg salad, Greek yogurt, & turkey, gravy, and mash potatos puréed together! Wish I could fast forward these next couple weeks and be into regular food already!

I was sleeved 3/24/14 & am already down 26lbs! 4 more and I'll be in the hundreds again! I can't believe it, it's a miracle! Hope everyone else is having sucess!!
