I am 5'8 and weigh 180. I asked my surgeon at my last visit what my goal should be and he said healthy. As long as my blood sugar and high blood pressure are under control I can stop whenever I want to. The nutritionist and I decided on 160. I am 7 months out and have lost 92lbs.

I have experienced the same at two yrs post sleeve. I know why....I am not following protocol of not drinking anything 30 min before during and after. This has been my greatest challenge on this journey....I love my tea!!

I was sleeved on Wednesday, March 19th and have been miserable since coming home. I am on full liquids, so I tried 2 oz of injury protien shake. Horrible grumbling started about 1/2 hour later then I was in the bathroom. Called the advisory nurse and they said it will take your body a while to adjust. Today I didn't take in any protien shakes or dairy and made surei took a clathrate before I ate anything and have been ok. I will try protien again tomorrow.

March 20th here! I'm trying out Unjury and Syntrax Nectar. Want to also try Isopure at some point.
