  1. I was stuck at six months out also. My nutritionist suggested switching up what I ate each day. It worked. She says the body gets used to eating the same things and exercising the same way. So vary it and your body will start to respond.
  2. I mix the EAS French Vanilla with decaf coffee in the morning. I also use the snack size premiere protein. Both shakes are only 100 calories each. I have the French Vanilla everyday.

Tall Women, Tell Me Your Story!

I am 5'8 and weigh 180. I asked my surgeon at my last visit what my goal should be and he said healthy. As long as my blood sugar and high blood pressure are under control I can stop whenever I want to. The nutritionist and I decided on 160. I am 7 months out and have lost 92lbs.

    "Sharting"

I was sleeved on Wednesday, March 19th and have been miserable since coming home. I am on full liquids, so I tried 2 oz of injury protien shake. Horrible grumbling started about 1/2 hour later then I was in the bathroom. Called the advisory nurse and they said it will take your body a while to adjust. Today I didn't take in any protien shakes or dairy and made surei took a clathrate before I ate anything and have been ok. I will try protien again tomorrow.
