Congrats..i just signed up for my very first 5k in May...and am so excited!!!!

A protein shake for breakfast...lunch tuna salad and dinner lobster salad i made fresh with capers, boiled eggs, tomatoes lettuce and i made my own Russian dressing..!!!.

Yes this too shall pass...I was sleeved on a Tuesday and went home on a Thursday....but i had no issues to talk about....Good luck!!!

Awwwwww congrats...i was sleeved on 12/2/14...and am telling you the transformation is incredible...Yesterday my nails lady said am SKINNY SKINNY....MOI?????LOL those words are never in a sentence associated with me....So i just relate to how you are feeling. Keep it up and congrats again...

Some ppl are just jerks..I mean i recall when my ex said some smart remark about my weight...I just looked at him like he's not there....Knowing full well what i had plan in December...And now one bloody pic he saw of me and he's all over the moon. Gain some independence for your self worth ,you are more than just your WEIGHT...Maybe its worth just telling him how you feel if he's the type that would listen and i mean really listen..Good luck and heres a virtual hug!!!!

I had the same experience not full red just tinged...and this was right after surgery twice and then it went away...Good luck hope today finds you feeling better...

I don't think it matters...I had a low BMI i was 235 the first day i saw the surgeon..lost a few lbs before surgery..what i had was type two diabetes, mild sleep Apnea and high blood pressure...All those are called co morbid conditions and thats why i got approved..

When ever i travel back home..My cousins "looking good a bit heavy there"....My fav response was Its the good life...LOL i can now because the shit hurts....Last august my dad passed away...travelled back home SIGHS my male cousin, "oh the face looks the same but wow u have gained weight."..Now i could have said and you are still short and ugly but i didn't...I just smiled because the whole lot of them have a shocker coming this summer...not only am a still beautiful but skinny...BOOM!!!

Sorry that was not a requirement for me..But i got sick and lost a few lbs before surgery since i was on two weeks liquids!...Good luck!!!

Am 12 weeks out and at times i feel very tired…But eventually i will feel 100%…Hang in there!!

Am not great at Goodwill...everything is all together...Ive tried the Cancer shops here and patience is not mines...i said to the store clerk why not size the clothes...the look i got was killer LOL so i left!!!

I had a stall at # weeks...Then another 2 months and i just came off another...Hopefully no more please...LOL just keep eating right and working out and it will break!!!...Good luck!

Well u did have surgery..does not matter what type its uncomfortable...Totally normal, u will feel better soon.

How about your opinion really does not matter to me, this is for my health.This is why i choose to only tell my mum and sisters and my best mate, people can be so rude. I have 0 tolerance..Family friend or not i would put him in his place...Good luck!!

Hands down is Quest UP and fiber one…i have an incident with another brand….thought i was going to die….So i just stick to Quest and Up!!

Yes i get my protein in 95% of the time..and thats just one or two shakes..plus a bar... some day i just don't feel like having it…but i do…its water than i have problem with and I've tried just about every brand is hard but i do try...

Good one my scale at home always make me sad…lol but work scale tell me what i need to see…Congrats!!
