    Also, I had a whole day of NSV's today. It was my son's 3rd birthday party and a lot of my family hasn't seen my since my surgery. So there were a lot of "skinny" comments and shocked faces when they arrived. Also, we had it at one of those jumpy places where they have the inflatable slides and things you can climb through, etc. I was right up there with my three kids. Climbing, sliding, jumping....and it was easy this time! Last year, I could barely climb up the ladder to go down the slide with the kids....and only did it a few times because I was a sweaty, worn out mess. This year, the kids were fighting over who I would jump with next. It was so much fun. I truly feel like a new person. This summer has been the most fun, going to Six Flags or White Water every weekend and the zoo and just really enjoying my kids!!! This was definitely the best decision I've ever made. Oh and I hit 179.6 today, so dipped down into the 170's. Almost 100 down from my non - pregnant highest. My highest was over 300 when I was pregnant with my youngest. This has been incredible and I'm still not done.

Is there any normal men in this world? Lol ok so struggle weightloss wise is not recognizing this woman in size 13 clothing. Seriously hope my brain catches up soon.

    2) Weight day of surgery: 243
    3) 16 week post op weight pounds lost/gained: 180.8 / 6 lbs lost. Total since start of this program: 74.2 total since I started going to wls classes back in Oct: 93.2
    4) Goal weight: 150-ish
    5) Your biggest success this week: losing 6 lbs.
    6) Your biggest struggle this week: still have two periods a month. It's heavy and a week long so it's basically a period every other week. But I'm still losing so trying no to complain but emotionally, my hormones are whacked out. Crying over silly stuff. But I'm happy....just crazy.

Loving my new job. :-D 6) Your biggest struggle this week: Looking at my ass and realizing without actual working out I have developed to round pancakes. :-0 lol!! Time to hit the gym now that food Vitamins and Water are on track for the most part!!!

    . Just remember your body has no clue what's going on just like you. It's in a constant state of shock. When I weigh everyday the scale is all over the plAce. I only weigh on check in day now. Focus on NSVs for now. It will happen sweets. just keep making healthy choices. I have banned myself from elevators this week. Next week I'm going to park the furthest from the doors to places. Let's hope I don't die of heat stroke. Lol. Hugs!

    1) Height / weight starting our wls programs 5'9" 280: 2) Weight day of surgery: 271 3) 14 post op weight pounds lost/gained: 215 (I cheated because last night the scale said 218 so I waited til this morning) 4) Goal weight: 190 stretch 170 5) Your biggest success this week: my attitude, staying positive hasn't always been easy since I have had so many complication but I have done it. The house buying and Reno started to make me depressed but I was able to snap out of it no problem. 6) Your biggest struggle this week: heartburn. I wake up with it. I go to bed with it. Have it in the morning have it in the evening have it at supper time. You know you all sang that out loud. . P.s. Dating is getting better. Let's hope I catch a good one who sticks. Lol.

    3) weight 13 week post op / pounds lost/gained: 196.7!!!!!
    3 lbs loss this week
    Total loss of 42.7lbs
    4) goal weight: 130, would be happy 150
    5) your biggest success this week: I was off for a week for my birthday and I still lost 3lbs. I was terrified to step on the scale and I had gained over my 3 ounces and would see a 2 at the beginning of my weight again.
    6) your biggest struggle this week: I fainted twice at magic mountain! I think due to dehydration and heat. And that was BEFORE I even stepped on a ride. Needless to say it wasn't the best day. Still trying to get enough Water and Protein. I know I still eat way too many carbs.

    I hit the 50 lb mark! I have 21 to go til onederland. I'm ready. I bought a couple new shirts today too. I looked at my sister and said "I have a hard time believing I'm this thin" it feels like I'm picking out clothes for someone else and seeing someone else in the mirror. I feel pretty awesome!

    I hit the 50 lb mark! I have 21 to go til onederland. I'm ready. I bought a couple new shirts today too. I looked at my sister and said "I have a hard time believing I'm this thin" it feels like I'm picking out clothes for someone else and seeing someone else in the mirror. I feel pretty awesome!

    I'm 189.7 today! Officially in the 180's!!!! Wooo Hooo! Sadly, 190 is what I weighed when I was 9 months pregnant with my daughter back in 1999!

    I usually only hop on the scale thursdays for my weekly update, but I felt extra huge and so I got on the scale and was down 3lbs. Such a happy sight. I'm 5.7lbs away from onederland! That will be a magical day! My bf and I are going to magic mountain next week for my birthday so I'm praying I don't have issues fitting into the rides. I haven't been there since high school. I was probably close to the same weight back then and back then even though I was big I didn't even think about not fitting. I was tramatized at universal studios years later one time when I almost didn't fit and have constant anxiety about fitting on rides.
    Where I work we have to park in a structure about half a block away. I always park in the back, the first spot I see when I come in. Also for every break we have to up and down 2 flights of stairs there and back and then 2 flights to leave the building and another 2 flights at the structure. I used to park on the 3rd level because I told myself if I parked on 3 I could take the elevator. Lol the dumb excuses I would make. Now it's always level 2 and the stairs. But even though I'm lighter (only 33.7 since surgery) my legs feel weak and I'm exhausted at the top of the stairs. I really need to start getting my muscle tone back.
