Ok, so today is 3 weeks out, I have lost some weight, and inches, I can feel it in my cloths. My hubbyman says I walk different? LOL I don't know????

So somehow, in the middle of all this I somehow am going on a date tonight! Yea, totally not sure how the heck that happened since I wasnt even looking but Im just going to go with it!

8 Days Left! Im not feeling super awesome. Kind of concerned that if I get this cold that everyone at work is spreading that they will reschedule me. I am on top of my vitamins so lets hope this achiness and runny nose is allergies :/

It's weird. Other sleeve patients don't seem to want to hear the I've had it as easy as I had it. No vomiting, minimum nausea, able to do self-care: clothe myself, I get off the pot myself, in and out of the shower myself, make my own meals myself. It's almost like it's a badge of honor to have had some sort of complication or malaise after surgery. No wonder the nurses made the comment like they did. No wonder they were so impressed and so surprised I was getting out of bed and walking without prodding and prompting. Smh

Tomorrow is 3 weeks Post op and I am a little discouraged at how slow the weight is coming off as I had a horrible start to all this?

I know you have had it rough. Dont get discouraged. Just remember each day is one more step closer to your goal. Keep reminding yourself that you didnt gain weight overnight even though it seemed like you did. Some people hit the bumps later on down the road and it seems that you are just hitting them all in the beginning. Hugs! I hope you can pick yourself up over this next week and keep on truckin!

Had a great weekend at cape cod with my hubbyman, very relaxing and rejuvenating. I took 2 long walks both saturday and sunday, it felt good, but now my knee is killing me, but im not letting it stop me. I am going to keep going!!!

Having a hard time with water and now pudding taste horrible.... having an even bigger issue trying to figure out when I'm full. .. I don't wanna over eat... but I have a positive I have alot more energy

Can not be stuck in my house another weekend, I don't care if it's supposed to rain, I told hubbyman that we are going away for the weekend, so saturday morning we are packing it up and leaving for cape cod at butt crack of dawn!!! I so need this after everything!!!

good morning , so today is day 4 of liquid diet ...i must confess i cheated last night .. had the biggest craving for a whopper with zesty sauce!! i gave in and now i feel horrible

Feeling good today, had my staples out only to have my incision bust open? Now I have to just keep it covered but other than that I have been released to start adding activity and mushy food. Yeah Me!!!
