  1. Sassy probiotics are super important for those of us who have messed with our guts. There are studies apon studies saying they’re good for us. I personally use the ones from plexus in conjunction with their biocleanse because the biocleanse helps things move along and is safe long term while laxatives aren’t. So my biocleanse keeps it clear and my probiotic keeps it healthy. I can get you more info on that if you want :)
  2. So just got off my first shift back from surgery. 9 hours and 45 minutes on my feet. Made a billion pizzas, didn’t have any issue with it. And I cleaned the whole store.
  3. 27 more lbs and I’m down to what I weighed in high school!! I was fat then too but it’s 62 lbs lighter than when in had my surgery and 75 lbs lighter than my highest weight!
  4. I’m getting better at this, but I’m also trying to break a habit I’ve had since I was little—I grew up stealing food or going hungry so it was eat as fast as possible, I never got past that. I’m trying every day.
  5. I’m 26 also turn 27 this year. After next baby I’ll get a boob job.

If I’m eating slowly and I get full, I don’t notice it at first but I put the next bite in my mouth and start chewing and then all of a sudden I start gagging before I even swallow it’s like my mouth realizes I’m about to eat too much and I can’t physically eat it at all...

  8. https://youtu.be/2AEO0I5VrQI this was the class. I made it 25 minutes through the video. Tomorrow I’m going to try again. My goal is to make it through the whole thing by Tuesday next week. I also put a little star on my calendar to show that I did a work out today and wrote hiit next to it. I subscribed to their channel too. In December my husbands backpay from VA disability should kick in and he should be bumped from 70% to 100% according to the lawyer which puts us at enough income for me to quit my job and us be okay. So at that point I’ll be doing just that . I also watched this video today: https://youtu.be/5JxLpUSVix4 I’m going to look into net carbs, I know Ellie mentioned it before but I do better when carbs aren’t a thing. I just need to be able to find meals I can afford that keep me satisfied. I’ll let y’all know in a week how I’m doing on this (hopefully it’ll cause some melting again like the first couple weeks. If that’s the case I’ll be celebrating weighing less than hubby 😍😍😍)
  9. So I finally got off my butt and did my first workout since the surgery. I’ve been avoiding it idk why— probably because I’m afraid to work out in front of people. So my husband cleared an area for me in my bedroom and got me 5 lb weights. I found a free beginner hiit class on YouTube and I made it though 2/3rds of it. It was hard. But I’m proud of me.
  10. I’m a little sad. I can’t get a boob job because I plan on having one more baby but not for a while
  11. My husband just wants me to do squats so he has a handle. Was just shocked at how much they shrunk. Now mind you I breast fed up untill I left for the hospital and then quit cold turkey then and there.
  12. 😭😩😭😩😭😱 my boobs shrunk!!!! Wtf....they’re half the size of my. Bra and they filled it before..... I’ve been wearing no bra or wearing sports bras since the surgery but I’m going to something so I put them up and damn!!!!

  14. This is my current venture for the next few weeks. I’ll be getting the tiny avocados at Trader Joe’s, and making the salmon separately, adding in some protien powder to boost the content. T look into whole 30, and Keto recipes I’m not a fan of Keto but it’s low carb. Paleo is also good. Whole 30 doesn’t allow sugar. They’re about taking control of food. We didn’t get here by being in control. I didn’t do this surgery to hate food. I love it, I just need to be in control.
  15. @T honestly surgery had upped my food game 😂 I’m such a foodie. Always have been, but then I got really depressed and it was fast food all the time. So now I scour Pinterest and cookbooks and magazines and food shows for recipes that are healthy!!
  16. Just thought I’d share my splurge this week. Went grocery shopping and I picked up green beans and mushrooms 😍 I cut them up and sauté them in a pan with Kerry gold saltless butter, and a little olive oil. I seasoned with salt, pepper, and Mccormick steak seasoning. This was my favorite thing when I was pregnant :) (Ellie if you make ghee out of the butter it’s vegan! ) I like my green beans crispy still. So yummy!!
  17. I actually just am about to run out of my multi so I ordered one a day woman’s petite on amazon for like $6 (it’s 24 at target!!)
  18. I’ve never crushed mine. Aside from my multi I just swallow whole. The multi I break in 2. Been doing that since day 3 when I went back o. My meds.

  20. It’s on my list of things to try. But for now I have a bread maker and it’s easy to just throw the ingredients for the dough in and then it to the correct setting. Then I pull it out, split it into 2 dough balls and let them rise for another hour or so, next time I’ll double that. And then because my career is in the pizza industry I happen to be fantastic at tossing pizza up in the air and spinning it—so I impress the kids before I make a decent looking pizza. I’m still trying to get the perfect dough recipe though lol. I might just buy a cauliflower crust from Trader Joe’s next time lol. :)
  21. I made pizza for dinner. 2 slices according to my fitness pal only have 300 calories, and 18 grams of protien. It’s got 40 grams of carbs but the whole thing was made from scratch (dough, sauce and all) I ate 1 slice. Tomorrow is payday so I get to go stock up on things that are better for me again since I’m out. I didn’t love my pizza... it was just bleh... some of the foods I used to love are bleh now.

  23. I actually just figured out how to quote actually lol. Thank you for all that info!! My last question is about the genpro. You have a huge tub. Where did you get it? My local store sells a tiny little bag for 30 dollars. 😩
  24. Lol green is my favorite color 😍 where did you get that giant thing of genpro?? I’ve been skimping because a 30 serving little pouch cost me nearly $30 and I can’t afford that.
