I'm 4 months out and haven't lost any hair.I don't get all of my liquids in,but I do get all of my protein.I've always had thick hair but I feel like it's been growing at a faster rate since the surgery;my hair stylist has said the same thing.A lot of people take biotin or hairfinity (pills)...I've seen better results with hairfinity though.I hope this helped some. -

Hey yall!! These pain meds are heavenly.I was sleeping a little bit hourly without them.It took like 4 hours past my recovery to come off of the anesthesia...I kept sleeping.I have a lot of head hunger because I haven't eaten since Monday evening.I won't be discharged until tomorrow.Yall have a good afternoon and excuse my rambling lol

Heyyyy guys!!!!After a 2 year journey,I'm finally getting sleeved on Wednesday the 19th!!!I have noooo idea what to pack for the hospital.Any suggestions??

By the grace of God I haven't cheated.My family and friends are very supportive so they don't even buy junk food anymore,they've made lifestyle changes too.Plus,my mom is having the bypass in a couple of months

They have me on the Atkins diet for 13 days and then the day before my surgery I'm on all liquids
