Should we set up a Facebook page for all of us around this date so it's easier to stay in touch? Thoughts? I'll set it up if folks are interested.

You guys are too nice... I'm letting my family fend for themselves!
Today is 6/14 all liquid and I'm doing ok. Today I mixed my chocolate Protein in a decaff coffee for something warm. and it was marvelous!
    Good luck to everyone!!

XForeverYoursX got a reaction from Jeannette Anndaisia in Does anyone regret it?
Hey guys, I'm still in the beginning stages of this journey (I hope it's ok I jumped over here and am asking this question) I keep going back and forth whether or not this is the right decision for me. I am almost 100% positive it is, but in the back of my head, I wonder if I'll regret this decision. I know that my love for food got me to where I am today but I whimper at the thought of going on vacation and not being able to eat "good" (fat!) I'm also scared because I know there's a high divorce rate after the surgery and I already resent my husband at times when I'm on diets and he's eating pizza or god knows what else. Any advice? Has ANYONE regretted their decision to get the surgery? Thanks guys!

food was like the bad boyfriend...he drew you in, but really did not make life better. He lied and chested and made you feel like crap. Click on my profile to see my transformation ... excess food never made me feel this good.

I sometimes miss food, he was my best friend! But then I look in the mirror and see the 80lb transformation four months later, the absence of discrimination, and wearing clothes I've saved for 10 years, I don't regret any of it. It's awkward in social settings because everything social seems to revolve around food and alcohol, but I love the new me. I miss my 'ol pal Ronald McDonald, just like I miss my ex-wife. We had some good times, but they both could care less about me!

Hi guys, I'm in the beginning stages of looking into the lap band surgery. I've struggled with weight loss for the past 11 years, typical yo yo dieting. nothing has worked for the long haul. I was wondering what are the beginning stages of this surgery? how do you go about finding a reputable surgeon? I just moved to Florida and still don't even have a regular physician.
has anyone had it done with a BMI of 38? I'm getting 2 different numbers, one website says it's 38 the other says 36.3
    thank you so much guys!
