My Dr says that is quite normal and was a question of mine. He says 2-4 days everyone is different but as long as it is consistent.. remember your only eating 1000 calories per day if that and in my case i work out like 500-600 per day. So my net is very small..
I do take probiotic to assist and i just started a cleanse a few days ago and i have gone everyday. The cleanse helps but im almost at goal and i am just trying to take off the last 10-15lbs

your not. I had 3 stalls in 9 months.. lost 200lbs and at goal.. stalls are normal.

wait a minute.. your not supposed to drink for 6 months to 1 year after surgery.. better check with your surgeon.. your new BABY the Sleeve cant handle the burn!!!
