278.6. It my TOM so I'm hoping for more next week! Still down 42 lbs total. I'll take it!!!

I was dating someone I had know for eight years but only dated in and off casually. As my sleeve date approached we became closer. He was really there for me making me feel good about my decision and promising to purée food for me after.
I flew out of state for my surgery and when I got back everything changed. He didn't want to talk as much, he never wanted to see me, and was totally distant. Here I was days out from major surgery and it's like I had the plague.
In the end he ended up picking a huge fight with me for no reason and I said goodbye. I have settled for sooooo long and it's time to start looking for someone who will be there no matter what.

Just wore my Seahawks t-shirt to the local bar for trivia night. The ENTIRE bar was in orange- yuck!! I got lots of stares, a few comments, and even an offer for a free broncos shirt if I would change right there. But I stood my ground!!!
The 12th man is alive and well in Denver!!!

At work on Friday everyone is supposed to wear their orange broncos gear. I think I will be wearing my awesome Wilson jersey. Not too sure what the boss will have to say about this but don't care! Freedom of expression right?! I am soooo sick of all this orange!!!

Sure it's processed and there is 610mg Sodium. But it's also low fat, low calorie, low carb and high Protein. No prepared food is going to be perfect. But if its tasty and helps me get my goals, I'm okay with it.

Have been overweight my entire life. I hit 200 pounds freshman year. I went from children's clothes straight into a size 14 at age 11. I haven't been able to shop in regular stores since 8th grade. I have had a double chin since 11th grade.
I'm 31 and single and starting a brand new life.
But I've been lucky that even at 320 pounds I was still a pretty cute fat girl. Lol. I don't mean to be superficial but is anyone else nervous that they won't think the new smaller person they are trying to become is pretty?

I'm not sure why but lately the pounds have been coming off like crazy! 7 pounds this week!!! I know it will slow down but I'm loving this!!!

Finally I noticed a difference!! I was able to tie my tennis shoes by putting my foot on the bar stool!!! A month ago I'm not sure I could have gotten my leg up there let alone reached my shoe after I did!! Yay!!

I'm getting 700-750 calories a day and 65-80 grams of protein. I still have a really hard time getting all my Water in. I only average 40-50oz per day. How are you doing?

This morning's weigh-in ...made it to the 280'S--haven't been here since 2007!

That's 7.4 down from last Friday. Maybe I was in a stall and didn't realize it! 5.3 in the last three days!!!
