  1. I must stop making excuses and get back on track. There has been no weight loss for 3 weeks! UGHHHHH!

  2. With all of my babies home for Spring break, I have not been eating well. Nevertheless I do still know my limits.

What is done ..is done.. Move on. And don't let this week effect your rest of your life. Don't expect perfection..we all slip in varying degrees.. But it is how we handle our reaction to the slip that will determine our success. You can do it. Be positive and stay busy for the remainder of the weekend so that you won't be compelled to dwell on food.

You already know you have limitations so thats a good thing….how often does Spring break come around. Enjoy without the guilt….Im sure you are enjoying the company WAY MORE than the food anyway!

  3. Trouble with hunger. I am getting hungrier between meals. When it's time for dinner, my inner fat girl comes out, and I'm not taking my time. I've gotten stuck 3-4 times in the past week. I know the problem but what's the solution? Had my 2nd fill this week and I'm at 5cc's. How do I stay full between meals? All suggestions are welcome.

I think you already know, you have to slow down. Could you try having a cup of something to drink, hot or cold, maybe 1/2 hr before you eat? Good luck!

You hit the nail on the head. Seems as though my pre-surgery habits have disappeared. Slowing down is my biggest obstacle again. I will definitely try drinking something before meals.

      Thank for the advice.

  4. No work due to iced roads in Houston. Spending the day with all my honeys, kids, husband and dogs in a warm house. This never gets old!

Congratulations! I felt great afterwards, too, and still do almost six weeks later. Relieved to be out of food jail, getting exercise and better sleep, weight going down bit by bit. So happy to have my band!

  9. Feeling a million times better Day 4 post-op than Day 1.
