    Starting 5:2 and no scale this week

    @@JustWatchMe ok I did the 5:2 last week I was going back and fourth between 205 & 203 trying to get to Onederland so it worked started at 203 last Sunday today 197!!

    Legs

    My legs were huge always have been I'm that person that weight comes off from top to bottom the main thing that helped my legs go down drastically was walking, it helped to slim them down and helped inches to come off. Even with a 100 pound loss I would love to see them smaller so I've continued to walk as well as added other exercises for legs.

  17. Yes every doctor is a little different as well as the their methods!
  18. My doctor only required a 3 day diet modified 2 protein shakes a day and a small meal for dinner protein and veggies.

    Sushi...

    I have tried it, I'm not sure how far out you are but I waited until a little after 6 months, I was able to eat two pieces in a sitting, but isn't something I'll have on a regular bases.

    Update a little over 6 months out 90 pounds down feeling great and getting stronger everyday
