Yay! I'm glad you responded. I feel like your the godfather here lol. It's my personal goal. I've lost a total of 70 lbs since I started dieting and doing the lapband. 20 pounds would supposedly put me at a healthy weight based in my height. But honestly if I feel like another 10lbs is all I need them I will try and maintain by opening my band a bit. I do prefer to be tight. This is all still a learning experience. Btw I chose to do surgery because I couldn't lose the weight on my own. I had been on a diet since age 6. I had hit rock bottom and needed help. And I thank God I chose the lap band.

It took a while. But I also had hernia surgery at the same time. I was really sore and uncomfortable for about a month.
