    I go for visit #5 on Wednesday. I did this 6 month diet plan 3 times now. My first time, I didnt make it to month 6 because of issues....2nd time, I was denied by insurance and didnt appeal. So this time, I am dotting all my I's and crossing my T's so that they have no excuse to deny me. I am so ready to lose this weight. I am aiming for May 2014 to be sleeved and I have bought a complete summer wardrobe in size 20 and 22. I wear a 24/26 and some 28's now. I hope I havent jinxed myself.....but I am so ready!
