I was told to wait 4 - 6 weeks, and then start slow...I was so very anxious to get started, but glad I waited!!

I reached my goal weight back in August, yet I still find myself weighing in every day. I've been trying my best to resist the temptation, since I've become so accustomed to checking my progress!! Now I'm more in the mindset of trying my best NOT to lose anymore weight, and possibly gain muscle now, so maybe my obsession to is see myself gaining rather than losing?? What a very strange and different concept for me!!

"that's not fair, you cheated" and "Who was your surgeon? Would you recommend him? I really need to lose 10 lbs" (said in perfect seriousness by someone who is maybe a size 2 at her most bloat-y time of the month).

I know a few people that are bigger now than before they started.
It just never ends!

Hi everyone I was sleeved on 17th March 2015, since then I have lost 250 pounds my partner as she didg understand or approve of my surgery and started a new relationship. The road I have taken hasn't been easy by any mean but it was definitely the best decision I have ever made.
Here are my before and after pictures thank you all for your continued support and I look forward to hearing your success stories.

Januaray will make 2 years since I've been sleved, and still the only regret I have is I wish I had done it sooner!!! If anyone has any questions or concerns or want to talk about anything at all about the experience, please reach out...I am more than willing to share the experience!!!

Thank you alex. I did it... 141 lb loss since june 2013. This is so awesome. I love clothes...i still enjoy my ice cream instead of having like 2 bowls full...i have 1/4 cup ice cream and no 2nds. A few bites..im full. Love it..

I'm going to just be real up front about mine. My sex drive has gone through the roof. I'm ready to go 3 -4 times a day. I haven't felt like this in years.

10/25/15 will be a month since my surgery and I'm happily blessed & thankful to say I haven't had not one problem and I'm down an amazing 20lbs???????????? a little over a week to go until my one mt dr. visit aiming for a 25lb loss????????????????
