I'm an idiot. Found a FWB, started having feelings, now he's gone and all I want to do is cry until I throw up and eat cinnamon rolls.

Thank you both...I ended up sharing one cinnamon roll with the dog, then concluded that backsliding wasn't worth it and stopped. I just hit the 100 pound mark this weekend and I don't want to look back.
