I'm 1 week post op... No BM yet!

Nop. My doctor recommended taking 2 multivitamin gummy/day. But you most chew it very well before swallowing.

I'm s/p 1 week Surgery with Dr Garcia 11/26/2013. I returned home last Tuesday. The travel TJ to Maryland was a pain. I'm able to drink fluid and 2 proteins shake daily + beef broth. I also drink plenty of coconut water to compensate with electrolytes. I went for a good walk with kids this PM. The scale had not really moved for me. Can wait Sunday to start Yogurt!!! No BM since surgery. I took some Lactulose yesterday, nothing. Overall, I'm doing okay.
