I really have two main goals when in comes to weight loss that I hope come to fruition by the time I reach my goal weight...for my wedding ring to fit and to do a mud/color/zombie run (one of or all 3).  I think it is important to have goals other then the number on a scale.  Life is so much more then what a person weighs. I hope that I can shed some of the inhibitions that have been put into place because of my size.  Being afraid to go to the bathroom at restaurants because you worry you will not fit between the chairs and the tables on the way is no way to live!  I have some medical issues that will be helped by getting the weight off.  You see, weight weighs you down in so many ways.  I don't want to be weighed down anymore...I want to live!
