Anyone else having issues with the Ticker Factory tickers today? It will not let me update. When I put in my password to update it starts making a brand new ticker, just curious if I am the only one?

I 'm a size 38D and the ones that works for me are the wacoal, they are beautifull and comfortable. A bit expensive but worth every penny. http://www.wacoalbras.com/

When I was at the "in-between stage", I found a good bra at kittens, it did the trick.

I've worn a few from Walmart and thought they were ok at first, but the underwire always seems to push through rather quickly. Maybe it's just me...Playtex brand does the same thing, although I really like the fit of some of their "secrets" line. Ok, I guess I should admit, I have been on the hunt for the perfect bra my entire adult life..the weight loss thing has just brought it to the forefront and FOH discontinuing my 95% acceptable bra ruined my day. LOL!

I got a nice no-name one from Walmart. It's wired, full cup, push up one and it does fine for my C cups LOL! They had quite a few to choose from and they're not expensive.

Can anyone recommend a good bra for the inbetween stage? I have been wearing Hollywood Exxtreme Cleavage by Fredericks of Hollywood for the last year and I LOVED them. They are underwire, comfortable, sexy, padded, have push up support and don't really show under clothing. Suddenly, out of nowhere, unless I am a 38DD (I most definitely am not a DD cup!) I cannot buy the full coverage version of this bra and have to settle for "demi". Don't they know that anyone over a B cup shouldn't have demi?! Demi just means that if I bend over I fall out of the bra! I am so upset. I should have known though, everything I like always gets discontinued. My best friend always tells me not to like anything she likes, because she knows that everything I like is doomed, lol! Foundation, hair dye, bras, lipstick, perfume-it's gone if I like it! So anyway, back to the topic...can anyone recommend a good bra with LOTS of support, an underwire and push up for the saggy skin issues?

Yeah, I agree about not eating the right kinds of foods before! And, yeah, I'm still taking my calcium. As women, I think that's really important. Thanks for the input!

I don't think taking a multivitamin is a bad idea, with or without surgery. Having said that though, I agree that at 1200-1600 calories you are probably getting in most of your vitamins/minerals. A Calcium pill might still be in order (depending on what you eat and your age), but I doubt your Vitamin level, or lack thereof, is that different than it was before surgery. Just cause we were eating a lot before surgery, doesn't mean we were eating the kind of foods necessary to get the nutrition we need!

I have not started taking Vitamins yet. They never settled well before surgery and I am worried they won't now. Is there anything to the Vitamin Water hype?

So, I was told to take a multivitamin for life after my Plication surgery. Or at least that's what I remember. But! I'm eating 1200-1600 calories a day and feel I'm definitely getting in a variety of foods with that, although I am trying to concentrate on my Protein and vegetables first. I'm still trying to gag through the chewable vitamins I bought before surgery since I thought I wasn't going to be able to swallow pills just after surgery (not true). What does everyone else think about taking a daily Vitamin?

I was reading posts over on the VSG forums and came across http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/
Under the links and resources, there are some recipes that looked good, particularly the "BITES" section. I've always had a hard time eating a nutritional Breakfast. Mostly because I never get up in time to make something before heading to work. The idea of using a muffin pan to make scrambled egg "muffins" seemed like something I could accomplish on the weekend and have ready for the week without too much hassle. There's all sorts of stuff that looks good on there.
Just thought I'd share. I'm almost two months out, and I've about reached my limit with just plain dairy Protein (string cheese, plain cottage cheese, plain greek yogurt), etc. I've been eating a lot of that since surgery and have been trying to find ways to fix things that are simple but different.

Do we REALLY have to take our Vitamins? Aside with the nutrients acquire from the foods we eat, for me we really have to take our vitamins. It depends on the condition of one's body, what particular vitamins needs. In my case, I'm taking MX Vitamin C for almost 1 year now. Vitamin C is recommended for the whole family to balance any dietary deficiency. We all know that Vitamin C helps protect us against colds and flu. That's my main reason why i take Vitamin C. For my immune system. Because before I'm frequent on having sick the doctors told me that i'm lack with vitamin c.

I did the gastric sleeve. My Dr. recommended this because my BMI was so high, it was a 59.9.He also made my sleeve smaller than normal so it took me awhile to be able to eat or drink but after about 10 weeks i could drink easier and eat just a bit more once the swelling went down.I was worried that with summer coming up i wouldn't be able to keep enough Water down but by the time summer hit i was drinking bigger drinks so summer was a ease.I lost 110lbs in the first 3 months. My doc was amazed and said that i was what every doc wants in a patient.I took it real serious because i paid cash and i also have for kids with the youngest being 4 so i need to be around for a while. The gastric sleeve saved my life and i would tell any one the same!

In all honesty i still drink sweet tea with sugar. For Breakfast i generally eat a piece of sausage and drink a glass of milk with carnation breakfast, at lunch i eat a chicken salad(small and mainly just the chicken and croutons), and then at dinner i eat very maybe a small bowl of whatever my wife cooks but usually just the meat.I snack on almonds when i get hungry.Main thing is i exercise alot, like riding my bike 10 miles or jogging 3 miles everyday.I seem to drop a pound a day when i do this.If i miss a day then i will either gain back a pound or stay at that weight. My doctor told me that i should be walking already 28 miles a week.Mt goal weight is to be at 200lbs before my 9 month appointment on November 30.
