I haven't gotten to the 3 or 4 month post op but I did experience hair loss a month before my surgery because of the blood transfusion I received in the hospital when I had pneumonia in late December. It only lasted for about a month and I purchased some clip in weave extensions to make my hair fuller.
A little advice for you all...
If you can't achieve it WEAVE IT! LOL

I have lost a lot of hair I have blad spot u can see my white scalp I'm taking 10,000 Biotin zinc 2 times a day getting in my Protein I don't know what else to do so I bought a wig hope it grows back
