Well I'm seven weeks out now. I have my energy back but not mch more than I had before the surgery. I is nice to not always feel hungry but also not to feel deprived at the same time. My headaches are gone that I use to have weekly before. I snore much less now and I went from a size 24 to a size 16 JMS jeans. I am quite happy about that. Sadly I looks like I did lose the girls so good thing for the Mommy Makeover I plan on having in a year or so.

Today I started my one day of clear liquids. I still have so much to get done before Tuesday's surgery. I'm excited and scared at the same time.

OK Today is the day I hopefully get my NUT clearance. The mean Wii Fit lady says I'm 238.5 and that's 3.5lbs under what I had to lose. Of course only the Wii Fit lady see me nekked She deserves it. So I need to go find the lightest clothes I own for my weigh in. Wish me luck!!!

One step forward three steps back. He I was thinking I get this weight off by 9/23 and that would be my last clearance. NOPE!!!! Some how Endoscopy appointment slipped through the cracks. And back up two pounds with seven pounds to get off now. So frustrating!!!!

Woohoo!!!! Now 5 pounds to get off. I found a great app for my phone called Monitor Your Weight. I says that if I say under 900 cals a day I'll drop the rest off in two weeks. I would love to be able to change my Nut appointment to sooner.

UGH!!! I still have 9 pounds to get off to get cleared by the Nut. That's three pounds a week for the next three weeks. Sadly even after I get clearance There is a back list of threee months till surgeries. I have no chance of keeping this weight off once I get it off so I'll be dieting again for January. OMG I hate dieting. I wish I had a chef.

I am getting my CPAP machine tomorrow. Insurnce pays for half the rental for three months so I will be paying out of pocket $61 a month. I'm not really thrilled about that. I will give it two months and see if I feel any results.

I had my second sleep over at the Sleep Center last night. I cannot believe how good I felt when I woke up after a night of having the CPAP machine all night. I actually had energy and felt refreshed. This is so rare for me. I still have to get this damn 15 lbs off. I am afraid I'm gonna need to resort to Medifast to do so. I so hate the thought of using it but I am having no luck without it.

Got my clear from the Psych today. Very happy. Now if I could just get this 15 pounds off that is required of me.e

Saw the Psych today and had my upper GI. Both went very well. Dr. Fine is a very nice Psych and I think I might continue to see him after surgery to help me with my love affair with food.
